For him, it’s a playground of pixelated adventures. For me, it’s pure nostalgia. 🕹️✨ Walking through the exhibits brings back memories of old games and computers I grew up with. I love seeing my son enjoy the classics like Pac-Man and Mario - and we always have so much fun playing together! 💛 If you’re feeling nostalgic or curious about the evolution of gaming, this place is a must. Fun fact: The Computerspielemuseum was the world’s first museum dedicated to interactive digital entertainment, opened in 1997 in Berlin. Last week we spent an adventurous day at @abenteuerparkpotsdam AbenteuerPark Potsdam - and wow, my kids absolutely loved it! 🌳🧗‍♀️✨ What’s not to love? There are climbing routes for little ones and older kids, all set in nature, with exciting challenges that build confidence and bring so much joy. I love watching my kids grow through play like this! And the big zip line? Every Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00, they offer creative drop-in workshops where kids can invent, build, paint, and experiment with all kinds of materials. It’s super hands-on – kids are encouraged to touch, try, and explore freely. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm, and everything is designed with children in mind. #march2025 🌼I’m sick in bed and just scrolled through my photos from March. It looks like it was quite a busy month – but isn’t it always? We visited the Balloon Museum as a whole family this time, and the kids loved it! I also went to a singing workshop in Poland, which was so beautiful and nourishing. We were surprised by a bit of winter there, sang many lovely songs, and - most importantly - I got to spend time with dear friends. Back in Berlin, we explored some museums and playgrounds. I also went to London with my son to meet my sister and her son, who’s the same age. Sadly, the cousins don’t get to see each other often enough.🫂 🌸What makes me happy right now is that spring has already arrived here - I’m so looking forward to this time! #berlinwithkids #berlinmitkind We recently visited the Werkbundarchiv – Museum der Dinge @museumderdinge , a museum dedicated to the design history of everyday mass-produced objects from the 20th and 21st centuries. Even though there’s literally nothing made for kids, we still enjoyed it - looking at some truly weird items and chatting about them. My daughters brought notebooks and loved drawing their favorite finds. The museum also offers kids’ workshops from time to time, so it’s worth checking their schedule. 🎟️ Tickets: €6 for adults, kids go free. Tip: After your visit, head to the playground next door – Spielplatz am Auswärtigen Amt – a great spot for kids to run and play!
